halal japanese beef bbq restaurant gyumon

salam semua,

kali ni saya nak share cerita makan-makan pulak ya.

saya dah lama teringin sgt nak makan kt tmpat sini. jumpa info di internet masa tengah cari-cari tempat makan halal di tokyo. ada ajak kawan-kawan muslim tapi semua asyik cakap nanti-nanti-nanti. entah sampai bila entah nanti tu 😔

Halal Japanese Beef BBQ Restaurant 'Gyumon' di Shibuya, Tokyo.

Alhamdulillah, jumaat lepas labmates ramai-ramai sudi nak p lepak-lepak makan-makan di kedai ni.
mulanya bagitau labmate, DrH yg saya teringin sgt nk p restaurant tp takdak sapa nak temankan. hehe sedih kan ayat tu. dia pun kata ' I am not really keen with beef, but why not we give it a try. Let's have your birthday party over there'

yehoooo saya pun apa lagi senyum meleret la. setakat ni H-san mmg tak pernah tak kotakan janji dia. sgt baik orgnya. trip fruit picking saya selama ni pon dia yg organize. terima kasih Allah sbb bg saya kawan sebaik H-san ni. syukur.

kedai ni rupanya ada sediakan juga daging yg tak halal. tp semuanya daging lembu, bab* mmg takdak. mula-mula ingatkan semua halal. tp rupanya ada yg tak halal utk yg bukan islam. agaknya daging halal ni mahal sikit kot. pastu plak mungkin tak cukup bekalan. pelanggn kedai ni sgt la
ramai. kedai ni ada 3 tingkat, kitorg dok tingkt bwh, jadi boleh nmpk la pelanggan yg dok keluar masuk.

A special thing about this restaurant is that, they prepare or use different sets of plate for halal and non-halal beef. I was given white plates with cute blue flowers while my non-muslim friends were given black plates.

This is very important in order to gain trust especially from muslim customer. To be honest, I was a bit upset when H-san told me that the restaurant serves non-halal beef. But, Alhamdulillah, when I was there, when I enter the restaurant, the muslim chef greeted me with salam and big smile. Ok that was enough :)

this is a plate of non-halal beef.

this one is the halal meat placed on different plate.

Apart from that, the grills (that metal things-seriously I don't know the real name) are also separated. Round shape grill for halal beef and square one for non-halal.

During the process. I enjoyed the moments so much! I had so much fun that day, not just on the eating part but also on the grill part.

All of us. Ladies party at yakiniku restaurant. Minna-san arigatou ne :)

p/s diorg ni pon sebenarnya tak biasa mkn yakiniku di kedai mcm ni. Siap beria-ria cakp terima kasih sbb perkenalkan kedai ni ke depa. Dah jadi terbalik la pulak kan, org luar yg perkenalkan sendiri ke org jepun. Hehehh

apapun, mmg sedap la! Best! Oishikattaa!

Alhamdulillah

Salam, nak tanya sikit.
